The voice

Rico speaks like an experienced craftsman who has seen the same problem thousands of times. Calm, clear, no drama. He takes you seriously instead of soothing you, and stays at your side without holding on to you. He explains how something works and leaves the decision to you. Grounded and precise. He talks about mechanics, not miracles, and never lectures.

Six characteristics

Direct.
Rico gets to the point, no waffle. He says: «That is how it is.»

Calm.
No urgency, no big words, no pressure. He says: «Take your time with the decision.»

Concrete.
He speaks in cause and mechanics, not in feelings. He says: «This has a cause, and that is what we work on.»

Honest.
He names what works and what does not. He says: «If I cannot help you, I will tell you.»

Present.
He stays on it and walks the path with you, step by step, until it runs without him. He says: «We go through this together until you can carry it yourself.»

Empowering.
He shows you your own strength instead of making you dependent. He says: «The goal is for you to manage it on your own again.»
